Welcome back to a new and exciting school year! As parents, what can you expect this school year? Another year full of rigorous teaching with the highest degree of learning from the greatest staff and children in Cumberland County Schools!

Honeycutt is an awesome school because we have an awesome staff, awesome children, and awesome parents who know the value of being involved in their children’s education. Please get involved in our school this year. There are so many ways that you can help and make our school even better. Feel free to drop in and eat lunch with your child or help out in the classroom. We ask that you not disturb teachers during instruction. If you need to speak with or conference with a teacher, please call the school and schedule an appointment. We are very protective of our instructional time.

Thank you for the support that you offer that ensures that Honeycutt is a school where parents want to send their children, children want to be, and teachers want to teach.

Honeycutt is truly a school that “Makes a Difference”.

I am excited about being part of the E. Melvin Honeycutt administrative team, where we take pride in building relationships with students, staff, families, and our community. Each day provides new opportunities for our students to experience meaningful instruction, thus preparing them to become productive citizens and life-long learners.
